For many of you, coming off coffee feels like the biggest shared challenge, ( which I completely understand) who doesn’t like coffe right !! . Inside the program I suggest an easy transition that I’ve found to be the most seamless: a combination of cacao and maca (Peruvian ginseng) for that “kick,” followed by green tea. Both still contain caffeine but are buffered with calming minerals, making the shift out of coffee far smoother.
