My path began with gnosis — a direct, raw connection to the unseen. From a young age, I sensed subtle energy fields, encountered astral entities, and experienced beings both higher and lower that were not of this realm. I had no formal teacher; my guidance came through dreams, spontaneous downloads, automatic writing,

and deep states of meditation.

Without knowing it, I was tuning into the Akashic records and encountering my multidimensional self — higher self, lower self, the perfected witness, the detached compassionate observer — all aspects of my holographic being converging into this human experience. These inner experiences were private, intense, inescapable, and often beyond language. It wasn’t until I embraced my full "weirdness" — my unique wiring, sensitivity, and intuition —

that I stopped fearing others’ judgment and began seeing my gifts as sacred tools for service.

Still, I didn’t want to just be a self-proclaimed psychic or intuitive. I wanted mastery. I wanted to ground

my gifts in real-world tools and build a practical skill set to create, transform, and help others shift.

I remember being twelve years old and reading about a “Metaphysical University” in the U.S., and knowing deep in my bones that this was my future.

But life had other plans. Family breakdowns, early independence at 15, and a detour into the local party scene & psy trance festival scene became part of my initiation.

I burned out early — and from that crash, my true healing path began. While most were just beginning their wild twenties, I had already closed that chapter and turned inward. What began as spontaneous psychic episodes became grounded through studies in natural medicine, detoxification, trauma healing, and spiritual psychology.

I immersed myself in understanding the

science behind transformation and the energetics behind healing. Strategy, branding, psychology, communication, spa design, and teaching — these all became creative expressions of a curious old soul here for a mission of mastery

and aesthetics

Over the past 15 years, I’ve led the creation of luxury wellness spaces across New Zealand, Australia, and Japan — from Ayurvedic day spas to alpine retreats, to pioneering organic brands like East day spa, Organic Spa & Alomina spa.

I’ve co-directed international arts festivals, curated sacred spaces that uplifted communities, and created sensory sanctuaries not just for the people and community but for my own children to grow up in color, creativity, and beauty.

At the same time, I was mentoring women in group detox containers, studying natural health, teaching embodiment and energy work, and refining my system from the inside out. If I were going to burn the candle at both ends, I needed my frequency and cellular integrity to be high. I wanted to feel radiant, clear, and strong — and lead by example.

I later moved into design and build consultancy, apprenticing under master builders and guiding million-dollar residential investments. That work demanded emotional intelligence, creative vision, and deep psychological insight — tools I now integrate into my holistic business coaching and space design for wellness entrepreneurs..

When burnout called me home to more winner world during lockdown,

I returned to my roots — drawing on formal training from a naturopathic college (double major in Health Science & Nutrition), Raynor’s School of Energy Medicine, and it was at that time I bought into bretahwork deepening with Kundalini Yoga (Karma Yoga College, Canada) and Transformative Coaching (Aspire Coaching, Perth).
