While most 14-year-olds were experimenting with fashion and makeup, I was experimenting with the mind — studying hypnotherapy, guiding past-life regressions, astral traveling at will, conversing with the spirit realms daily, and testing how thought shapes reality.
Years later, I went to live in the native forests of New Zealand’s South Island with a bunch of friends, It was there, living close to the land, that I began my first deep detoxification and rebirth.where one night, a luminous plasma sphere passed straight through me, awakening a new layer of energetic consciousness

I began in wellness hostels and spas across New Zealand and Australia, working hands-on as a therapist until my eye for design naturally merged with my healing work. While supporting others through touch and transformation, I was also studying interior design and over time, those two worlds seamlessly came together. In Japan, I taught Balinese massage to local therapists and English to children, travelling as a wellness speaker and promoter throughout the country. During that time, I helped create and direct three destination wellness spas as the face of the company, and together we launched my first supplement line,

Departed from five-star spas to nutritional coaching, returned home to build a family, building bodies and spaces, birthed two children, ended my 9-year relationship, then became a dream home construction consultant contractor, mastering the real-world concept of bigger projects, visions becoming things. Supported a street art festival, co-directing it to launch and thrive. Consulted on 18 New homes from idea to final from.

Ended cycles of unaligned relationships, dived into Nero-repatterning studying the art of coaching, with WILD LIFE SUCCESS & finishing up Construction consulting, Burnout became initiation. Lockdown reawakened my purpose — nervous system regulation, breathwork, human development lead to neuroscience, study, psychology, Vedic wisdom fused into one path of the way forward for integrative embodied healing.

Teaching workshops, studying in Bali, energy somatic body work, Kundalini Yoga, and guiding groups lit a global spark. Retreats, podcasts, and collaborations followed the same creative magic I once chased across continents, now alive through the in-person & digital realm. Followed by Return to Sacral, a six-week immersion weaving movement, breath, nourishment, and astrology.
